Roseville

Located in Sydney’s desirable upper North Shore and just 12km north west of Sydney’s CBD is the leafy suburb of Roseville. Renowned for its prestige properties and tree-lined streets, Roseville is surrounded by the waterways of Middle Harbour and Moores Creek and bounded to the west by Lane Cove National Park.

Roseville is mostly residential with predominantly Federation and Californian bungalow architectural styles and property prices considerably higher than the Sydney average. In recent years, some of the older style of homes have been demolished and replaced with new development properties.

Roseville Railway Station is conveniently located on the North Shore Line of the city rail network taking around 20 minutes to travel to the CBD, while Pacific Highway provides easy access in and out of the suburb.

Schools in the suburb comprise Roseville Public School and Roseville College while the suburb is also home to several churches and Roseville Cinema.

There are several parks in the area including Kimo Street Bush, Lower Blue Gum Creek Bush, Loyal Henry Park, Roseville Park, Roseville West Park, and Muston Park.
